1. Fee Payment
All course fees must be paid in advance or as per the agreed payment schedule. Admission is confirmed only after receipt of payment.
2. No Refund Policy
All fees once paid are non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances.
This includes cases such as:
- Withdrawal from the course
- Not attending classes
- Leaving the course midway
- Change in personal or professional situation
3. Acceptance of Terms
By making the payment, the student/guardian automatically agrees to all terms and conditions of the institute. No separate signature is required.
4. Batch & Schedule
- The institute reserves the right to change batch timings, trainers, or schedule if required.
- Classes will be conducted as per availability and planning.
5. Attendance & Responsibility
- Regular attendance is the student’s responsibility.
- The institute is not responsible if a student misses any session.
- Recorded sessions (if provided) are for support only.
6. Course Access
- Course access (online/offline) is limited to the duration provided at the time of enrollment.
- Extension of access is not guaranteed and may be chargeable.
7. Conduct & Discipline
- Students must maintain proper behavior during classes.
- Misconduct may lead to suspension without any refund.
8. Certification
Certificates will be provided only after successful completion of the course (if applicable) and full payment of fees.
9. Technical Issues
- For online training, students must ensure proper internet and system setup.
- The institute is not responsible for technical problems at the student’s end.
10. System Generated Receipt
Candidate will receive system-generated payment receipts, and no signature is required on the receipts. Payment of fees confirms acceptance of all policies.
11. Management Rights
The institute reserves the right to update or change policies at any time without prior notice.
12. Legal Jurisdiction
Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Pune, Maharashtra.
